SPOTEMGOTTEM arrested on multiple charges after high-speed police chase

It went down in North Miami Beach, where SpottemGottem was caught up in a wild high-speed chase with the police. Can you believe it? The cops tried to pull him over near a gas station, but homie had other plans. He hit the gas and took them on a crazy ride through the streets.
